I don't think I will be happy until I have all the Foundation Die Sets! #3 is a great addition to my growing stash! I know it is only August, but I am getting started on Valentines! I deliver them to the local Children's Hospital oncology department each year. Last year I personally made over 1500 valentines. That is actually how I got addicted to Queen & Co. A friend wanted to help out with my valentine delivery so she made some and sent them to me. They were so adorable, I just had to know where she got all the amazing dies and paper and embellishments! She directed me right to you! (Thanks Caren!) So now I am building my collection! I am absolutely in love with Queen & Company! Great products, fast shipping, and excellent customer service!
Although I have accumulated a majority of the Queen & Company Foundation dies by now, the #3 is by far my favorite set. It stays out on my desk all the time because the sentiment strip dies included are the perfect size for every maker's stamp set and card you could possibly make. There are 3 sizes to chose from. You can perfectly layer them with the sentiments. Next you can layer your card base. Once you chose your combination of solid & print or 2 prints to cut with the 2 base dies included in this set, then its just embellish till your heart's content or until you run out of glue! Plus if that is not enough, there are still 6 terrific pieces you can use to strike interest and add layers on your card design. The uses and designs are endless. If you are new & on a tight budget, this would be my first choice. Its my go to set all the time.
I now know the difference between good quality and cheap quality dies. I am new to card making and have been getting my dies from a very cheap source until I ordered from Queen and Co. The difference is astounding! I am super excited to get to work with these dies!
I have all the foundation dies and love them all, but this is the one I use the most. It has lasted for years and has no sign of wear. I love this company and the kits. The foundation dies take the guess work out of card making. Be sure to check out the guides!
