Black Friday Shipping Update
Due to deep discounts during our Black Friday sales event shipping charges have been temporarily updated.
- Free Shipping on $99 orders, USA ONLY
- Order total must reach $99 after all discounts/rewards and before tax
- Orders under $99 are charged $9.95 for shipping/handling
- Packages will be shipped using most economical option (USPS or UPS)
- No International Shipping
Order Processing:
During special sales or new releases please allow up to 15 working days for order processing. This does not include transit time. We send an email confirmation of orders received and a second confirmation will be emailed when your order ships.
Ordering Information:
Please order carefully. We have a very small team processing orders. We works as fast as possible to process orders therefore we are not able to make adjustments once the order has been placed.
- We are no longer able to make changes to orders.
- We are no longer able to combine multiple orders and refund shipping.
- We are not able to hold orders placed for specific shipping dates.
- We are not able to hold merchandise.
Shipping Delays:
Carriers delivery time can vary. Please review the information below regarding our policies on tracking and delayed or lost packages.
Tracking Information:

We have the same tracking information we shared with you.

We have no phone number at the post office to check on a package.

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you don't see it, give it a few days to show up. Packages can accidentally get scanned as delivered or go to the wrong address. They almost always show up.

Just because your package is late or the tracking information hasn't changed in a few days, doesn't mean your package is lost. Please be patient.
- If your package shows delivered and you have not received your order please contact us and we will open an incident report with the carrier.
- Lost packages must be reported to us within 2 days from the date shown as delivered.
- After 2 days we are no longer able to file a report and you will need to contact carrier directly for refund.
Lost Packages:
We will always ensure our customers receive their orders. Due to transit delays we require 30 business days before we replace or refund lost orders shipped within the USA. We require 75 days on orders shipped outside the USA.
Returned Packages:
We ship your package to the address you enter on your order. We make no changes to shipping addresses. We use the address exactly as entered during checkout. It is the customers responsibility to enter their shipping details correctly. If a package is returned by the USPS due to incorrect address, we will contact you when the package returns with the cost to re-ship.
