Our warehouse is located in Arizona and customer service works remotely from the East Coast.

Queen & Co encourages our customers to use our products to create handmade cards and creations for sale. We ask that you do not digitally alter or reproduce any of our products. We ask that you do not use any of our images for promotional material. None of our stamped or die cuts images can be sold. We ask that you do not swap our stamped images or die cuts.

No, we are the only authorized reseller of our products. Please read this important warning regarding unauthorized resellers.

Ordering Information

Order processing times are typically 1-2 working days.  During special sales or new releases please allow 5-10 working days for order processing. This does not include transit time. We send an email confirmation of orders received and a second confirmation will be emailed when your order ships.

Please order carefully. Our customer service department is working offsite due to COVID 19. We have a very small team processing orders. We works as fast as possible to process orders therefore we are not able to make adjustments once the order has been placed. In addition, we are no longer able to combine multiple orders and refund shipping.

Unfortunately our shopping cart will only accept a single credit card number per order. The only other option would be to purchase a gift card and use that a second form of payment.

We may depending on the state the order ships to. By law we are required to collect and remit sales tax in states in which we have nexus. If you see sales tax on your order, we have nexus within your state.

Sales tax nexus is the connection between a seller and a state that requires the seller to register then collect and remit sales tax in the state. Certain business activities, including having a physical presence or reaching a certain sales threshold, may establish nexus with the state.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer a full refund within 30 days from purchase. Please contact us for instructions.

Shipping Policies

Shipping is Free on $79 orders, USA.  Order total must reach $79 after all discounts, rewards and/or tax. We offer the option to upgrade to faster shipping if you would like to reduce transit time for your order.

We ship using USPS or UPS depending on the weight of your package. Orders are shipped from Arizona, Monday-Friday.

Economy Shipping: Free on orders over $79, or $6.95 for orders less than $79. Orders are typically sent using USPS First Class package, which typically take 4-7 working days to arrive. 

Standard Shipping: We offer a faster transit time option when shipping your order for a small fee. Customers that select this option will have their orders shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Packages with standard shipping typically take 2-4 working days to arrive. 

Depending on your location, orders can arrive in 1-7 business days within the USA. Please note: carries are still experiencing disruptions so actual delivery time may vary.

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Please be patient with carriers as we continue to see disruptions due to Covid 19.

We will always ensure our customers receive their orders. Due to COVID19 transit delays we require 30 business days before we replace or refund lost orders shipped within the USA. We require 75 days on orders shipped outside the USA. We have seen both carriers take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver USA packages since the start of COVID19. 

We ship your package to the address you enter on your order. We make no changes to shipping addresses. We use the address exactly as entered during checkout. It is the customers responsibility to enter their shipping details correctly. If a package is returned by the USPS due to incorrect address, we will resend the package at our expense - one time. If an incorrect address occurs more than one time, the customer will be required to pay the additional shipping.
