Absolutely not, we never store payment information. We use a secure gateway that handles all payments, we have access to only the last 4 digits of any credit card on an order. If your credit card number is automatically being added to an order, please check your web browser as they often store credit cards and then autofill during checkout.


Most orders are shipped via USPS, Monday - Friday.  Heavy orders may ship using UPS.  As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your full tracking information so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

Yes, we do! We use the US Postal service to deliver all international packages. All packages will be marked CRAFT PRODUCTS and the actual value of the order will be recorded for customs purposes. Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark any international package as GIFT.

We try our absolute best to process orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.  Product ships from our warehouse in California. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the USA. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery outside the USA.


We want our customers to be happy, so we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase on new and unused items.  Please contact us for a return authorization number. Be sure to include your full name and order number with any return so that we can properly credit your account. Please note: Toppings are non-returnable since we are unable to verify the quantity in each bottle.


Unfortunately, no. We operate out of a commercial warehouse and due to insurance regulations we are unable to accommodate shopping on site. However, we participate in over 20 events throughout the USA each year and we'd love for you to shop with us at any of these locations.
