Q: What will change? A: The only change will be the software we use to manage the program. There will be no changes to the customer experience, rules or VIP tiers.
Q: What information will be transferred?
A: We are able to migrate VIP Tiers, Crown Balance and Birthdate.
Q: What information won’t be transferred?
A: Your account history (such as date reward was earned, date reward was used) will not be moved. We also are unable to migrate unused reward vouchers. These will be stored offline for future use or use by May 31st.
Q: When will this happen?
A: We will take our current program offline Monday 6/1 - Wednesday 6/4. Our new program will start on Thursday June 5th. Any purchases made during this time will be manually updated on 6/5.
Q: How will redemption work with the new provider: A: The process to redeem crowns remains the same. You will exchange your crown points for a voucher that you enter during checkout.
Q: How will earning crowns work with the new provider: A: The process of earning crowns remains the same.
Q: Why are you changing providers? A: Our subscription price is raised each year. In order to not make changes to our customer benefits in 2025, we are changing to a lower cost provider.
