Queen & Co is excited to announce we have upgraded our Royal Rewards program in order to make redeeming points easier. Customers can now redeem points directly during checkout. Please review the instructions below on how to redeem your rewards. Desktop and Mobile redemption is slightly different. You may continue to redeem points using voucher as well, information below.
Please make sure you have logged in to your Queen & Co account, otherwise your points will not be available.
Please move through checkout as normal, on the final payment page you will now see a green slider that shows your total points. You can move the slider back and forth to select the amount of points you want to redeem. Value range is $1-$100. Below is a screen shot of the slider.
Mobile Device Instructions
The redemption process using Mobile devices is slightly different. You still move through the checkout process as normal. When you reach the final payment page you will see "Show Order Summary" link at the top of the page. Screen shot below shows this circled in red. Click on that link.
When you click that link a menu will drop down which will include the mobile points slider.
You can continue to redeem points using vouchers. You will find the rewards available to your in your rewards panel under the GET REWARDS tab. Please note: You can not combine reward vouchers with any other discount. Vouchers can not be used with slider redemption. Vouchers are limited to $5, $10, $15 and $20.

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn Crowns (points) for activities on our site such as purchases, product reviews, etc. You can use Crowns to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
# How do I earn Crowns?
You can earn crowns for all sorts of activities, including purchases, product reviews, Instagram follow, even just visiting our site. To see all the ways you can earn Crowns click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
# How do I view my Crown balance?
Your Crown balance is on every page in the top bar, right below Royal Rewards.
# How do I redeem my Crowns?
You now have the ability to redeem your points directly during checkout.
# Is there a limit to the number of Crowns I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
# What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These Crowns can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These Crowns are need to be verified before you can redeem them. For example, there is a 7 day waiting period on points rewarded for purchases. z
Cancelled: These Crowns will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the Crowns will change from pending to cancelled)
# Why did my account balance go down?
You cancelled or returned a purchase.
# I completed an activity but didn't earn any Crowns!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your Crowns.
# Can I use my Crowns during checkout?
Yes, you can now redeem points using the slider during checkout.
# How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn Crowns, please contact us.
