Queen & Co Royal Rewards Program

Queen & Co is excited to offer our customers a royal reward program!  This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn Crowns (points) for activities on our site such as purchases, product reviews, etc. You can use Crowns to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.


Q: Who can join?
A: Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. To create an account, please click here.

Q: How do I earn Crowns?
A: You can earn crowns for all sorts of activities, including purchases and product reviews. 


Q: If I purchase gift cards will I earn crowns?
A: No, Gift cards are not eligible for royal rewards. 

Q: I have left product reviews on my purchases but dont see the crowns?
A: Product review crowns are limited to 10 reviews per month. Rewards are issued at the beginning of each month. Crowns will be issued on reviews left for product purchased. 

Q: Can I leave reviews on any product?
A: Reviews should only be given on product purchased. If you leave reviews on product not purchased you will receive no crowns. We want our reviews to be valid/authentic and do not condone leaving reviews stritcly to receive crown credit. We reserve the right to close any reward account that leaves reviews on product not purchased.

Q: What are the different VIP levels and what are the benefits?
A: Below are the VIP levels and the rewards available for each level. 

 

Q: How do I find out what Tier I am in?
A: Click on the Tiers tab in the rewards panel and it will open up information regarding your Tier. Your current tier information will be at the top (along with when the tier expires). Below that you will find information on how far away you are from the next tier. 



Q: How do I view my Crown balance?

A: Your Crown balance is on the top of your Rewards Account pop up. 




Q: How can I see my reward activity? 
A: Please click on the Account tab and all of your activity (points earned/redeemed) will display.



Q: What are Creative crowns?
A: These are crowns rewarded randomly to customers that share their creativity with us via Facebook or Instagram.

Q: Why are my birthday crowns still pending?
A: Birthday Crowns are rewarded on Princess level accounts and higher. Please allow 90 days for your birthday points to be deposited in your account.

Q: How do I redeem my Crowns?
A: You redeem your crowns by exchanging them for a voucher code entered during checkout. Please review this video tutorial on redeeming your rewardsWe also have step by step instructions below which uses images from the Rewards Launcher on the bottom left side of your screen.  

Please make sure you have logged in to your Queen & Co account, otherwise your points will not be available.

Voucher Redemption
To redeem your crown rewards you need to cash them in for a  voucher. You will find the rewards available to you in your rewards panel under the GET REWARDS tab (see image below). 

Some important tips:

  • Select the highest value voucher you wish to use.
  • You can not select 2 small value vouchers and then use both during checkout. Our shopping cart only allows the use of one discount code per order.
  • You can not combine reward vouchers with any other discounts.
  • Please make sure your product total is as much or more than your voucher. If you order $20 in product and use a $30 voucher the unused voucher credit will be lost. 

Once you have selected your voucher amount the system will "cash in" your rewards and issue you a code.  Next step, copy your code and head for checkout. You will see a box during checkout to enter the code. See image below.

Please note: Voucher codes are issued randomly by our rewards system. If you are hand copying the code, please be mindful of the numeric 0 vs the alpha O. These characters look very similar and the code will only work when entered exactly as issued.  

Q: I have two codes to redeem, how do I do that?
A: Unfortunately, you can not redeem two codes on a single order. Our checkout only allows one code per order. If you need to cancel a voucher, please contact us.

Q: I redeemed my Crowns for a voucher, but lost the code. What do I do?
A: You can find your unused voucher codes within the rewards panel. Click on Get Rewards and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find unused vouchers. Click on View Reward and the code will display. 




Q: Do Crown points Expire?

A: Yes, crown points expire 12 months from the date of your last order. So if you do not make a purchase for 12 months and 1 day, your rewards will expire. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their reward points and use them in a timely manner. We are unable to reinstate expired points. 

Q: Is there a limit to the number of Crowns I can earn?
A: No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can! 

Q: What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These Crowns can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These Crowns need to be verified before you can redeem them. For example, there is a 7 day waiting period on points rewarded for purchases. There is a 90 day waiting period for birthday points. 

Cancelled: These Crowns will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the Crowns will change from pending to cancelled)

Q: Why did my account balance go down?
A: You cancelled or returned a purchase.

Q: I completed an activity but didn't earn any Crowns!
A: It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your Crowns. There is also a grace period of crowns earned for purchases and birthday crowns (princess or higher). Product review crowns are limited to 10 reviews per month and will only be rewarded at the beginning of each month.


Q: I made a purchase and forgot to log in, what do I do?
A: If you have made a purchase without logging in, please contact us so we can manually update your rewards account. 

Q: How do I leave the program?
A: If you no longer wish to earn Crowns, please contact us.

* Please note: Any customer that disputes a purchase through their bank or Paypal without contacting us in advance for resolution will have their rewards account closed and all points will be void. Credit card issuers and Paypal fine merchants for each dispute and we appreciate the opportunity to avoid fines and fees whenever possible. We are happy to work with our customers on any order issue they may have, please contact us directly before disputing any charge.
