*Each price level on your single order will receive the corresponding gift. Gifts with purchase are inventoried product and will be added automatically to qualifying order during checkout. For example, if you place a single order for $125 or more in product (before tax/shipping/rewards) you will receive both gifts with purchase. If you place two separate orders with $75 in product (before tax/shipping/rewards) on each order you will not qualify for both gifts with purchase. We can not use combined totals from multiple orders to qualify for gifts. No exceptions, please don't ask.

Offers are while supplies last. One offer per household. We reserve the right to update / change offers due to order volume. Any order that includes free gifts without reach qualifying amounts will have the gift removed before shipping. We reserve the right to remove gifts from orders that have already redeemed offers. Due to high order volume please allow up to 10 Business days for your order to process. We process orders in order of date received. If you select UPS for faster shipping, it will not speed up our warehouse processing time. We send an email confirmation of orders received and a second confirmation will be emailed when your order ships.
Please order carefully. Our customer service department is working offsite due to COVID 19. We have a very small team processing orders. We works as fast as possible to process orders therefore we are not able to make adjustments once the order has been placed.

Due to COVID19 we have experienced transit delays with all carriers. Please review the information below regarding our policies on tracking and delayed or lost packages.

We have no phone number at the post office to check on a package.
If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you don't see it, give it a few days to show up. Packages can accidentally get scanned as delivered or go to the wrong address. They almost always show up.
Just because your package is late or the tracking information hasn't changed in a few days, doesn't mean your package is lost. Please be patient.
- If your package shows delivered and you have not received your order after 2-3 days, please contact us and we will open an incident report with the carrier.
We will always ensure our customers receive their orders. Due to COVID19 transit delays we require 30 business days before we replace or refund lost orders shipped within the USA. We require 75 days on orders shipped outside the USA. We have seen both carriers take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver USA packages since the start of COVID19.
