The Love Jar kit lends itself to lots of fun techniques like watercoloring. If you stamp the stamps and flowers on watercolor cardstock with Distress Inks, you can add a bit of water with a paint brush to blend the ink and make it look like a watercolor painting.

Adding some watercolor wash in blue inside the shaker and shading under the jar adds to the whole watercolor effect.

If you don’t have the time to add watercolor effects, but still want to create some pretty mason jar shakers, then just keep it simple!

Layer some patterned papers from the kit and die cut the mason jar and lid. Quickly stamp the sentiment above the jar rather than working on a tag.
