Using Those Negatives - Candy Land Kit

I've had so much fun working with this bright, fun kit this month.  For this layout, I combined a few of my favorite design elements - CIRCLES & GRIDS! - and also worked in a trick I love -- using the "negative" cuts from dies.

The curly-swirls in each of my 2inch circle punches (see below!) are actually the negative cut from the lolly-pop die included in the kit.

I cut lots and lots of lollys for this page...

I added 2inch circle cut photos to the grid on the page with foam adhesive for dimension.  There's a shaker embellishment mid-page that I created with the lolly cut and the "stick" trimmed from it, and also another full lolly cut shaker at the bottom of the page.
