Stacy here!
There’s something very satisfying about being able to use up paper scraps and leftover embellies that I have sitting on/around my scrap table. That’s what I did with this layout.

I grabbed a bunch of paper scraps from different Queen & Co. paper packs (yes, I’m one of those people who keeps EVERY little scrap of my favorite papers). I cut them into thin strips in varying lengths. I lined the strips up in columns to create the anchor block for my photo. Then I dug into opened packages of Queen & Co. bling still sitting on my scrap table after the last couple of projects and added a little pizazz to the paper strips.
I cut my photo into a circle, then I cut a slightly larger cardstock circle and crocheted around it to create a frame for the photo. A few Queen & Co. flowers and die-cut leaves provided a nice little accent for the photo.
