Won’t you bee my neighbor? Or at least my crafter? The Bug Jar Kit is full of critter cuteness. For this spread in my traveler’s notebook, I focused in on the sweet little bumble bee to tell my story.
It wouldn’t be a hive without some yellow spray ink and honeycombs, punched from patterned paper.
With yellow in place, it’s time for some black. Stamping’s just the ticket.
This card sentiment worked just fine in this page about time with our cute friends, so I stamped it on a hexagon and added it to the page, using a spare hex to properly align and space the stamped sentiment.
A little doodling and some of the ADORABLE wood from the Love Bug kit add to the design.
India ink also adds a punch of black.
Wanting to keep the hex appeal, I used an extra punched shape to draw a journaling spot.
With just a few touches it’s easy to create a hive jive.
