Stacking Candy

Stacking Candy

Hey Queen and Co. fans! Have you seen the new Candyland kit! It is full of sugary sweet goodness, perfect for lots of paper crafting options!
I created this layout, using the Candyland kit to create a scrapbook layout that is FULL of color!
I started by die cutting a whole lot of scallop frames from the die set in the Candyland kit, using several of the b-sides in the 6x6 paper pad. I decided to attempt a scallop border by stacking all the die cuts on top each other, mixing up the color and pattern of the die cut shapes as I went along each row.
I wanted to add some florals around my photo, so I die cut some flower shapes on my digital die cutting machine, leaving a circle out of the center for a shaker! I added a shaker to each flower and then added some fun toppings from the kit to fill each one, topping the whole thing off with a diecut swirl from the lollipop die in the kit to finish each one off!
