It's Laurie Willison here with a couple new cards using the new Window Shaker card. You guys! This new kit is so much fun! The kit has 2 different windows, a set of curtains, a window box and several more fun details to create the perfect window shaker card. I have 2 cards to share today.
This first card is a clean and simple way to showcase this adorable window die...
To create this card, I scored a white card base every 1/2". I die cut the window and then added a stenciled cloud panel behind the window. I stamped the sentient along the bottom in black in and then added a red heart die cut in the window to finish off the card.
The shaker window boxes are so easy to create. For this next card, I added an embossed brick wall in white cardstock on the card base after die cutting the window through the card base. This way I could create an actual window on the card front.
I created the window shaker box by adding acetate on both sides and filled it with 2 different toppings. I tucked the shutters on each side of the window box and then added the flower box and flowers right below the window.
Last, I stamped some hearts inside the card and added the sentiment to the front.
