We want to make our valued customers aware of a change in our 2020 consumer show schedule. Unfortunately, Queen & Co will not be exhibiting at any Stamp & Scrapbook Expo shows. We apologize to our customers that purchased Queen & Co classes through Stamp & Scrapbook Expo that were cancelled. Please know that all fees collected for Queen & Co classes were kept by Stamp & Scrapbook Expo. We are disappointed customers were not able to receive the appropriate refund from Stamp & Scrapbook Expo. Their last minute changes to refund policies do not reflect our views of customer service and therefore we are no longer able to align our brand with this promoter. We recommend customers carefully review the updated refund policies from Stamp & Scrapbook Expo before purchasing in advance.
Visiting with our customer across the country is one of the highlights of running our small business. Queen & Co will continue to exhibit at Creating Keepsakes Conventions (CKC) and the Great Lakes Mega Meet show. We encourage our customers to support these promoters as their cancellation and refund policies remain fair and unchanged. We hope to expand our private events in 2021 to serve our customers located in areas that were previously covered exclusively by Stamp & Scrapbook Expo.
