Good Morning!
Mary-Ann Maldonado here with you today. How fun has this Fruit Basket Shaker Kit been all month? I have to tell you that it has been really fun for me. I couldn't help but create a layout with this crazy Godson of mine and his cooky antics.
I started my layout with a FREE cut file Wreath from Paper Issues.
This started my base for layering my fruit.
Here is a close up of the wreath. I did bring in some random die cuts and punches to use to help embellish the wreath a bit more than the cut file. The cut file was the perfect starting point to get a round circle. I also hung the appropriate fruit from the vines that coordinated with the blossom Pom Poms.
I found it a little easier to create the wreath effect with loose fruit. So I assembled them individually and then layered them and moved them around until I like the positions.
Adding vines and leaves within the fruit helped with the empty spaces and tied the wreath in to the bottom as well.
There is nothing like a good fruit salad, and that is what I provided you with today. Don't forget, Queen & Company also sells extra shaker refills in the store.
