Hey everyone! Greta with you again sharing some more cards using the adorable new Bug Jar kit. For these cards, I focused more just stamping and die cutting bugs to enhance the cards.
My first card showcases the bee stamp and die. I kept the clean by creating a simple background with an embossed white cardstock on the bottom and yellow dot paper on the top.
I cut a scalloped circle with the Circle Shaped die in yellow and adhered along the seam on the background to create a mat for the main part of the card.
I stamped, die cut and colored 3 bees along with a sentiment strip and arranged on the scalloped circle. I added the paper twine, rubber bubbles and stitched flight stamp to finish off the card.
In keeping with the visually clean approach for my second card, I used an embossed white background matted with cardstock and a simple sentiment stamped on a strip of cardstock.
I then stamped, die cut and colored the butterflies and arranged them diagonally, using pop dots on a couple for dimension.
A few strategically placed rubber bubbles and lollies finish off the card.
