Hey Queen and Co friends! Greta with you today and I've got a new bug kit that is sure to leave you "crawling" with good ideas! Let's take a look!
My first card takes the love jar to a bug jar, perfect for all those summertime moments.
I die cut the stem and leaves and then arranged them inside the jar. Next I stamped and die cut the cloth top and strings.
The lady bugs are a mix of stamped/die cut as well as lady bug toppings glued on. All of this set on a green leaf background and pink gingham title mat for that summertime picnic feel!
My second card is all about those beautiful butterflies.
I used the grass stem stamp to create a tall grass background. I then stamped, die cut and colored several butterflies from the bug kit. I arranged them on the stamped grass along with some pink rhinestones and a few butterfly toppings from the bug kit.
I matted the white background onto dark pink and then used dimensional foam to adhere to the green card base. Wrapping it in pink ribbon and adding the stamped title finishes off the card.
